Empire Homes is on the lookout for a Superintendent to enhance our Low Rise Team in Caledonia, Ontario. This pivotal role focuses on managing the full construction process from purchase to post-inspection while ensuring compliance with building codes and quality standards.

In this Superintendent role, you'll oversee planning, organization, and evaluation of residential construction projects. You'll ensure all requirements, inspections, and timelines align with design specifications. The position requires solid leadership to effectively manage workers, trades, and materials while maintaining budgets and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee site operations from preparation to homeowner turnover
• Manage scheduling, trades, and construction activities




• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Conduct ongoing quality-control inspections
• Facilitate collaboration with construction and engineering teams

Requirements:
• 5-10+ years of relevant construction experience
• Post-secondary education in Construction or Civil Engineering
• In-depth knowledge of the Ontario Building Code
• Proficient in BuildPro and MS Office
• 2+ years in an Assistant Superintendent role
