Our teams use industry experience, technology, and hands-on support to provide reliable and efficient logistics solutions.Fulfillment & Warehouse Operations CoordinatorPosition SummaryTheFulfillment & Warehouse Operations Coordinatorhelps manage the daily activities related to order fulfillment, picking and packing, warehouse operations, and logistics.This is ahands-on rolethat works closely with warehouse staff, office teams, clients, staffing resources, and delivery partners. The successful candidate will be organized, reliable, proactive, and able to manage daily priorities to make sure production and shipping deadlines are met.Full training will be providedon our processes, client requirements, systems, carrier portals, and procedures. You do not need to know everything about the role from day one. We are looking for someone with good operational experience, a willingness to learn, and the ability to take on more responsibility over time.Key ResponsibilitiesFulfillment, Pick-and-Pack & ProductionPlan and coordinate orders based on client needs, production volumes, inventory, and deadlines.Prepare orders, quantities, production requirements, and client instructions.Check inventory and reserve stock for upcoming production.Track incoming materials and report shortages, missing items, and expected delivery times.Make sure labels, documents, and production materials are prepared and printed before employees arrive.Check labels, documents, quantities, and other materials for accuracy before production starts.Count and check labels based on U.S.
and Canadian production requirements.Track completed boxes and production quantities during each shift.Give shift workers clear daily production goals and instructions.Prioritize regular production before custom boxes, add-ons, and other secondary tasks.Make sure enough inventory and product variety are available for custom orders and add-ons.Monitor production throughout the day and address delays or problems as they arise.Keep clients updated on production progress and let them know when orders are close to completion.Warehouse & Logistics OperationsPlan daily warehouse activities based on production volumes, incoming and outgoing skids, staffing, inventory, and delivery schedules.Determine staffing needs based on expected production and operational requirements.Coordinate with delivery partners, includingIntelcom, UniUni, Purolator, and Canada Post, for pickups, shipments, and deliveries.Check inventory regularly and report shortages or restocking needs.Coordinate the wrapping, staging, loading, and unloading of skids.Coordinate the ordering and availability of skids and other warehouse materials.Perform arrival scans, shipping activities, and other shipment-processing tasks.Coordinate between the office and warehouse to make sure information, priorities, and client requirements are communicated clearly.Coordinate and handle heavy or bulky shipments, including DTDC shipments.Support customs-related logistics and communicate withCBSAwhen required.Perform occasional driving, pickups, deliveries, or other transportation duties as needed.Assist with general warehouse work during busy periods and peak seasons.Perform physical work, including lifting, carrying, and moving boxes. and dispatch proceduresInventory and fulfillment processesCustoms and CBSA proceduresThe successful candidate will work with experienced team members during training and will have time to learn the role before being expected to manage all responsibilities independently.Requirements & Qualifications3–5 years of relevant experiencein warehouse operations, logistics, fulfillment, distribution, courier operations, production, or a related field.Previous experience as aLead Hand, Team Lead, Supervisor, Coordinator, or Manageris preferred.Post-secondary education inLogistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldis an asset.Strong organizational and planning skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify operational needs.Reliable, proactive, and willing to take responsibility.Strong communication and interpersonal skills when working with clients, employees, carriers, and internal teams.Strong English communication skills are required.
