America operates over 450 locations across the U.Reporting to the Edmonton Area Manager RMC, the Sales Manager – Ready Mix Concrete will have the opportunity to provide sales leadership and strategic direction for the Edmonton area market. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
