Salary Range: $50,000.00 To $75,000.00 Annually Vuteq Technical Center Americas is a Sales and Engineering service provider representing Vuteq and Diversity Vuteq manufacturing groups throughout North America. The Vuteq group of companies is actively engaged in automotive parts manufacturing and design and currently supplies Interior and Exterior components to General Motors, Toyota Motor Manufacturing and Honda Motor Manufacturing. The Sales

Administrator’s main duty is to assist the sales coordinators with updating existing product contracts and system updates. Extensive hands-on training Paid sick and personal time Paid vacation time – 2 weeks/year Paid company floaters at Christmas Community involvement opportunities Company events – Holiday parties, summer picnic, BBQ’s Assist Sales Coordinator by assembling quotes for current business, ensuring accuracy and feasibility, and gathering required information from other Vuteq departments (purchasing, engineering, process development, etc.)



Maintain constant communication with the customer and other Vuteq branches to ensure positive relationship Upload production contracts from customer website and summarize in an Excel spreadsheet weekly for sales team’s convenience Assisting with a range of tasks as assigned by the sales coordinators, including production quotations and data entry using respective customer portals Successful completion of a minimum two-year diploma program from a college (any business program is considered an asset 0-1 year of sales experience ~0-1 year of working exposure to the automotive industry ~ Experience with invoicing and creating quotes, engineering quoting experience an asset Ability to manage time efficiently to meet deadlines set by customer Strong interpersonal skills when dealing with customers and team members Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to travel – local, national, international (valid passport) Vuteq Technical Center Americas and Vuteq Canada Inc. welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
