In this role you will deliver exceptional retail service to our customers through new and used agricultural and turf equipment sales, as you work towards becoming one of our Territory Managers. In one of Canada’s top John Deere dealer organizations you will deliver quality work in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth. Represent the company for the sale of current and used machinery (Lawn & Garden, Compact Utility Tractors etc.) to walk-in customers Participate in required sales activities (cold calling, customer follow ups, monitoring, completing tender submissions etc)



Assists Territory Managers with sales paperwork and inventory processes Maintain current product and financing knowledge of all equipment & products, parts, and services available to customers Participate in training to develop skills and knowledge Exceptional customer relationship and communication skills ~1+ years of retail sales experience ~ Ability to use standard computer systems such as Microsoft Office and internet functions ~ Significant independent travel, valid driver’s licence ~ Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays ~ Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports ~ High School Diploma or equivalent work experience We offer continued education and training to help you thrive and expand your knowledge!
