Adecco is currently hiring a Sales Representative for a full-time opportunity in a professional call centre setting in Ottawa, ON . This role is ideal for candidates with experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, lead generation, customer service, and sales support.

Pay Rate: $55000-$75000 | Commission-based | Depending on performance Shift: Monday to Friday |8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Permanent|Full-time Book qualified appointments for the sales team. Build rapport with prospects and identify customer needs. CRM & Administration Update CRM systems with prospect interactions and follow-up activities.

Track performance metrics and appointment goals.



Performance & Customer Engagement Support company sales and growth objectives through proactive outreach. Fluent in spoken and written English. Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, or a call centre environment is required.

Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and customer interactions is an asset. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets is an asset.
