Nors in Ontario is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive equipment sales, and grow revenue. You will recruit, coach, hire, and retain top performers while ensuring health and safety protocols are followed and customers have a positive experience.
You will develop quotas, forecast, and budget, maintain solid relationships with customers, and collaborate with service/parts to deliver effective equipment handovers.
