As a Bilingual Test Support Agent, you will help applicants navigate their tests by answering questions and troubleshooting technical issues. Your empathy and explicit communication will ensure a smooth testing experience. With a adaptable schedule that accommodates your commitments, you’ll work a minimum of 4 hours weekly, mainly during evenings and weekends. Key Responsibilities:
