As part of the Canada Prenatal Nutrition Program, this role is essential for providing tailored nutritional support to at-risk Indigenous mothers. You will contribute to improving health outcomes for families living off-reserve, ensuring cultural relevance and community engagement in the program’s objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Assess nutritional needs of pregnant women
Facilitate workshops and public education on nutrition
Document progress and provide comprehensive reports
Collaborate with not-for-profit and government agencies
Advocate for Indigenous health needs in the community Requirements:
Diploma in Social Work or Health Sciences
Proficiency in MS Office and database applications
Excellent communication and report writing skills
Experience working with Indigenous communities
