The Equestrian Operations Support Staff position requires a reliability-driven individual with experience in equine care. You will ensure the wellbeing of our horses and maintain a protected workplace at the Shirley Burr Equestrian Centre. Your role will also involve actively contributing to the Rider Development and Equine-Facilitated Wellness programs, making this a dynamic and engaging position. Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily care: feeding, watering, and stall cleaning
Handle horses safely between various areas and programs
Groom, tack, and prepare horses for activities




Monitor horse health and assist with medications
Support coaches with program delivery and clean-up Requirements:
Experience with equine settings; 30+ horses preferred
Strong horse-handling skills and safety knowledge
Understanding of equine health and behavior
Ability to work independently and with a team
