We are looking for an experienced Gameplay Design Director who excels in creating authentic sports behaviors and high-quality gameplay. This hybrid role involves collaborating closely with engineers, animators, and producers to lay the groundwork for an outstanding sports franchise.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as Product Owner for the gameplay team
• Evaluate game quality and progress in partnership with production
• Build and mentor a team of gameplay and system designers




• Lead the design of gameplay experiences and manage documentation
• Inspire alignment on gameplay vision with cross-functional partners

Requirements:
• Passion for sports and sports video games
• Proven experience in directing high-quality gameplay
• Familiarity with systemic game design principles
• Experience managing design teams and sizable development groups
