Astro Hill / Nunastar Properties in Iqaluit, NU seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee building operations across a mixed property portfolio. You will lead a team of 15–20 staff, supervise maintenance, and drive preventative maintenance programs in a remote northern setting.
The role requires a Class 4 Power Engineering certificate and robust technical knowledge of boilers, glycol heating, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Relocation and housing support are provided.
