Mission Position Summary
Our client, a manufacturing company undergoing transformation, is looking for a Logistics & Customer Experience Manager to support the restructuring and development of its logistics department.
The initial mandate will focus on redesigning logistics operations, implementing stronger processes, and supporting the upcoming D365 implementation. Over time, the role will also take responsibility for Customer Service, ensuring strong alignment between logistics operations and the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Actively contribute to the restructuring of the logistics department.
• Develop, standardize, and improve processes and working methods.
• Support the evolution of logistics operations and the implementation of D365.
• Oversee and optimize day-to-day logistics activities.




• Gradually take responsibility for the Customer Service function.
• Ensure effective coordination between logistics, internal teams, and customers.
• Support customers and help resolve operational and service-related issues.
• Drive continuous improvement and overall departmental performance.
Your profile Candidate Profile
• Significant experience in logistics management, ideally within a manufacturing workplace.
• Experience with process improvement, transformation, or departmental restructuring.
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience with ERP implementation or transformation; D365 experience is an asset.
• Strong customer service orientation and confidence interacting directly with customers.
• Strong leadership, autonomy, and change management skills.
• Very good English proficiency required.
