Provide technical support to the sales department and our client base for Roofing and Building Envelope systems installed on the different sites. Provide internal and external training related to the processes and recommendations of uses on Soprema products. Provide on site evaluation on installation of Soprema systems. Provide assistance as required on any potential leak call investigations, that may arise in our platinum warranty program.

THE CHALLENGES WE HAVE FOR YOU

Provide technical support for systems installed on jobsites.

Provide support on equipment used to apply theproducts.

Providerequiredtrainingto our client baseforallofour productsoffered.

Ensure proper construction of our products on site to ensure thatproductsperformasdesigned.

Diagnose technical application problemsand determinepropersolutions.

Provide and ensure that site visits reports arecompleted, recordedandfiled for all warranty projects efficiently and in a timelymanner.

Ensure that all warrantyprojects are tracked with site visits as per our technical department requirements.

Provide technicalfeed backand support to sales and technicaldepartmenton recent products and or any existing products to ensure compatibilitywithcompany’sexisting products andsystems.

Perform any other related dutiesas assigned bySalesDirector/Supervisor.

Your Education





ExperienceinConstruction Related BuildingEnvelopeEnclosure;

Validdriverslicensewithagood drivingabstract;

Advanced oral and written English

Red Seal Journeyman Roofer/Waterproofer(an asset)

Your Knowledge and Competencies

3-5years of experiencewith roof installation

Experience invariousmodes of installations;Torch Applied, Flameless and Liquid Applications

Familiar withConstruction BuildingMaterials;

General principlesand best practiceson the operation of commercialinsulationand installation of complete roof assemblies

Your Skills and attitudes

Easy to adaptand acceptnewdirection,situations,procedures, witha positive attitude;

Ability towork cooperativelywith sales representative and other departmentor colleaguesin theorganization;

Ability to communicate technically with different parties on site, such as contractor,consultant, architects;

Demonstrate an ability to learn new concepts and practices as it relates toSoprema’sclient base;

Ability tojudge detectand diffusecontroversial situations, that maycompromise yourselfandSoprema.

Competence with Salesforce and Microsoft Office

Work Conditions

40 hours per week;

Ability to adapt to changing workschedules;

Frequent travel.
