Make a difference as a Financial Navigator with Kenora Chiefs Advisory’s MSSI Team. This full time role provides essential financial empowerment services to Anishinaabe individuals and those with disabilities in Ontario.

As a Financial Navigator, you'll support community members across eight First Nations. This position focuses on tax preparation, benefits access, financial coaching, and budgeting assistance. You will deliver culturally grounded, trauma-informed services promoting long-term financial independence and stability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide tailored tax filing support for clients
• Assist clients in accessing essential government benefits
• Deliver financial coaching on budgeting and credit management




• Facilitate outreach initiatives across First Nations
• Track service delivery and contribute to reporting efforts

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in related fields
• Familiarity with tax preparation software
• Experience in Indigenous community work
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
