We're hiring a Client Experience Specialist to guide new prospects through consultations, understand their goals, and help them enroll in the right program. This is a client-facing,



relationship-driven sales role, not cold calling.What you'll do:Conduct in-person consultations with prospective clientsRun facility toursComplete discovery assessments to understand each person's goals and motivationPresent program options and pricingFollow up with prospects and current clients to support retention and renewalsWhat we're looking for:A professional, ideally in their thirties to mid-forties, with solid interpersonal skills and some sales or client-facing experience — someone who listens well and builds trust quickly, and is coachable and comfortable following a structured process.Compensation:Base salary plus uncapped commission on new enrollments and renewals.
