Key Responsibilities:
• Develop the corporate internal charge framework and monitor cost recovery methodologies
• Lead special initiatives in the Long-Term Financial Plan implementation




• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership and Council
• Conduct variance analysis, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Maintain the master salary module in the budget software system

Requirements:
• Minimum 4-Year Honours Degree in a relevant field
• At least 4 years of financial modeling and analysis experience
• Canadian Certified Qualified Accounting designation
• Advanced Excel skills and financial software knowledge
• Superior communication and analytical abilities
