Ebco Industries, Ltd. seeks a skilled Brake Press / Roll Operator to set up and operate hydraulic brake presses and fabrication equipment in Richmond, B.C. Bring your expertise in working with heavy metal materials to ensure top-quality manufacturing results.

This full-time position requires a minimum of 5 years in heavy metal fabrication. As a Brake Press / Roll Operator, you'll perform layout, bending, rolling, and forming of various materials including steel and alloys. Your role involves reading blueprints, selecting tooling, and conducting inspections to meet customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate hydraulic brake presses and plate rolls safely
• Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
• Perform layout and rolling of heavy plate materials




• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a fabrication workplace
• Proven ability to operate heavy fabrication machinery
• Knowledge of welding and quality control requirements
• Forklift certification and Level II First Aid are assets
