DeafBlind Ontario Services seeks a Regional Leader, Culture & Supports to oversee services and budgets within their regional hub. Reporting to the Director of Supported Living, the RLCS will lead across locations, champion the organization's mission, and build community relationships.
You will coach Service Leaders, collaborate with Human Resources on recruitment and employee relations, and ensure services remain person-centered, compliant, and outcomes-focused while maintaining safety standards.
