Security is seeking to hire Security Officer in Saskatoon, SK Free Bus Service provided from Saskatoon to site. ~ Competitive wages ~ Paid training and growth opportunities to succeed in your role ~ Provide security awareness guidance while promoting a positive security culture for residents and operations. Ensuring the safety and security of residents, contractor personnel, visitors, facilities and property within the area Establish a strong security presence to deter crime and theft by conducting mobile or foot patrols and monitoring surveillance systems. Intervening to provide support during emergencies, employee assistance, and site policy support.

Patrol the premises, provide access control and respond to emergency situations in an appropriate and timely manner Perform safety and security duties with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity, including security searches of vehicles, rooms, and bags. Complete incident reports and required documentation for all security incidents Identify potential security risks and respond accordingly, including escalating to appropriate channels Providing support as required when security issues arise and when requested. Need to have Security License First Aid, CPR is an asset Previous Camp work is an asset Previous security experience in a mine or remote work site is highly preferred Strong communication skills with a radio, a phone and both written and spoken English Strict Drug and Alcohol Policy adherence.
