Etobicoke, ON Pay Rate: $20.00 - $20.29 per hour Schedule: 1330-2130 Wednesday to Saturday and 1030-1830 on Sunday's Employment Type: Full-Time Allied Universal is seeking a professional, customer-focused, and highly motivated Security Patrol Guard – Premium Mall to join our team at a prestigious retail shopping centre in Etobicoke, Ontario. This position is ideal for security professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile environment and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and secure atmosphere for tenants, retailers, employees, and visitors.

The successful candidate will conduct vehicle and foot patrols, respond to incidents, and support the overall security operations of a premier retail destination. Conduct regular mobile and foot patrols throughout the shopping centre, parking facilities, and surrounding property. Maintain a visible security presence to deter theft, vandalism, trespassing, and other undesirable activities.





Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents, emergencies, and calls for service. Investigate and document incidents, accidents, and security concerns in accordance with site procedures. Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, access control systems, and other security technologies.

Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to shoppers, tenants, and visitors. Identify and report safety hazards, maintenance concerns, and security vulnerabilities. Collaborate with property management, retailers, contractors, and fellow security personnel to maintain a secure environment.

Minimum 2–3 years of security experience , preferably within a shopping centre, retail, commercial, or customer-service-focused environment.

Valid Ontario Security Guard

Licence . Strong report writing, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and security-related technology systems. Professional appearance and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

High School

Diploma or equivalent. Ability to work rotating days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Experience working in a high-end retail, luxury shopping centre, or commercial property environment. Knowledge of access control, CCTV systems, and emergency response procedures. Paid training and professional development opportunities.
