You will manage the full cycle of accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing in a high-volume setting. Strong analytical skills and experience in A/P processes will be essential to your success in this position. Key Responsibilities:

- Distribute and approve invoices for payment
- Code and enter various types of invoices accurately
- Prepare bi-weekly cheque and EFT batches
- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations
- Support general administrative tasks within the A/P team

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of direct Accounts Payable experience
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with IDS Astra/G2 ERP system is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
