StackAdapt's Advertising Technology team is seeking an operator-builder who partners with internal and external stakeholders to make AI the default mode of work using StackAdapt AI products and solutions. This individual helps build and influence the underlying platforms and data-access infrastructure to develop AI products and solutions end-to-end. The ideal candidate understands AI technology, possesses in-depth knowledge of AI platforms like Claude or ChatGPT, and knows how to translate complex AI concepts into actionable programs.
This role requires hands‑on execution from initial scoping to impact measurement, ensuring AI-driven solutions generate measurable operational improvements across the organization. Execute AI-Focused Initiatives: Build AI Solutions: Track progress on technical projects, coordinate with AI Automation, Engineering, Product, and other internal stakeholders, and keep initiatives on schedule.
Run Ad Hoc Analysis for Partner Teams: Pull data across various databases to answer questions from partner teams, unblock decisions, and validate ideas.
Enable AI Workflows : Help individuals achieve first wins with AI and iterate on their own tools and skills. Familiarity with AI development tools and platforms (Claude, ChatGPT), with a hands‑on practitioner mindset. ~1–3 years of experience in technical program management, technical operations, analytics, or similar roles. ~ Analytically minded and hands‑on with data.
Comfortable writing SQL against production warehouses and log stores, tracking the metrics that matter, and using both to answer ad hoc questions from partner teams and measure whether a solution actually worked. ~ Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams. ~ It is informed by market data and the approved budget for this position.
Depending on the role, candidates may also be eligible for additional compensation such as annual bonuses, commissions, equity awards, and a comprehensive perks package.
