NIQ is seeking a Canada-based Senior Research Director, Customer Success - Automotive to lead the relationship with a major automotive manufacturer across the U.S. and Canadian markets. You will drive strategic research, manage senior client relationships, and ensure high-quality deliverables with AI-enabled tools and recent workflows.

You will mentor the account team, develop proposals for renewals, and present insights to executive audiences, navigating complex datasets and market dynamics.
