Engage in vital water and wastewater operations with the Rural Municipality of St. Clements as a full-time Utility Operator. Your expertise in maintenance and data acquisition for treatment facilities will be essential.

In this role, reporting to the Manager of Water & Waste, you will work on a rotating on-call schedule. Key responsibilities include routine maintenance of water and wastewater systems, data analysis, and adherence to municipal policies. Demonstrating solid communication and problem-solving skills will be key to success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain water and wastewater facilities
• Conduct detailed inspections and evaluations
• Analyze water/wastewater quality and interpret data




• Maintain compliance records and inventory of supplies
• Prepare daily reports for supervisors

Requirements:
• Experience preferred over formal education
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Willingness to work on-call and weekends
• Valid Class 1 or 3 driver’s license preferred
• Welding and mechanical abilities a plus
