Rexdale Community Health Centre is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a 1-year full time maternity leave contract to deliver primary care, health education, and community health services both on-site and in the community.
The NP will work with a clinical team, promote health, support pre/postnatal clients, order/interpret tests, and participate in program development, with emphasis on self-management and health promotion.
