Propel Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Winnipeg to support customers with online loan applications and funds transfers. The role requires handling high call volumes, using multiple web-based tools, and delivering accurate information with professionalism.
You will report to the Manager, Operations and join a rapid-growing fintech team. English communication is essential, Spanish is a plus, with shifts Monday to Friday 3pm-11pm and weekends 10am-6pm.
