Citi is looking for a Senior Business Analyst & Technology Project Lead to serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating complex business needs into actionable system solutions that drive measurable outcomes. In this senior-level role, you will contribute to the strategic planning and continuous improvement of business performance by leading analysis, managing cross-functional delivery, and overseeing a portfolio of upstream and downstream applications. Responsibilities

- Lead the definition of system scope, objectives, and enhancements for complex, high-impact technology projects across development and implementation phases.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating functional requirements into clear, actionable system specifications.
- Evaluate new technology developments and evolving business needs, recommending system alternatives or enhancements based on thorough analysis of business processes and industry standards.
- Identify, communicate, and mitigate project and technology risks, assessing the business implications of proposed solutions before they impact operations.
- Deliver sophisticated analyses that define complex problems and drive innovative, data-informed solutions that influence strategic decisions.
- Monitor and manage project timelines across multiple applications, ensuring cross-functional delivery stays on track and organizational objectives are met.
- Mentor and guide team members on a day-to-day basis, overseeing work allocation, resource planning, and professional development.





Required Qualifications & Skills

- 6+ years of experience in a business analysis or project management capacity, ideally within a technology-driven environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with demonstrated expertise in Excel for data analysis, modelling, and reporting.
- Solid understanding of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle, with the ability to engage meaningfully across planning, build, and delivery stages.
- Deep knowledge of business analysis principles, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional specification writing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities, with a consistent record of delivering against multiple competing deadlines.

Beneficial Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Background or exposure to the financial services or banking sector, with an understanding of the operational and regulatory context these environments present is preferred
- Experience managing projects or business analysis initiatives within organizations that operate complex, interconnected application ecosystems.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range: $120,800.00 - $170,800.00
