Serve as a subject matter expert in Metals trading, including precious and base metals.

- Focus on physically settled metals transactions and related front‑office workflows.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from traders and key stakeholders.
- Analyze and understand the impact of upstream and downstream systems on business processes.
- Collaborate with technology teams to identify and drive system enhancements supporting Metals trading activities.
- Support solution deployment and ensure successful adoption by business users.
- Conduct data analysis to provide insights that support trading strategies and risk management.
- Partner closely with traders and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate closely with business users during UAT to ensure solutions are thoroughly tested and meet business requirements.
- Support quality assurance efforts to ensure high‑quality, production‑ready deliverables. Proven experience in Metals trading, ideally with a focus on physically settled metals.




- Strong understanding of banking and capital markets products and services related to commodities.
- Demonstrated ability to gather, document, and manage business requirements.
- Experience with Openlink Endur is a solid asset.
- Experience in testing and quality assurance is a plus.
- Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on high‑quality deliverables.
- Experience working in front‑office trading environments.
- Exposure to complex trading system integrations and data flows.
- Prior experience supporting UAT in capital markets platforms. English level Legal & Hiring Information - Compensation Transparency: The expected compensation range for this role is $80-110/hr CAD, with eligibility for commission, bonus, or other incentive compensation where applicable. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location within Canada, and business needs.
