Manage complex clients (fully insured, ASO, refund accounting etc) Communicate and liaise with insurance carriers and clients to resolve benefit inquiries, challenges, and claims issues, while advocating for the client and ensuring prompt and thorough handling.
Service clients proactively by trying to anticipate and address their needs and keeping them up to date with relevant benefits information. Manage all aspects of new client implementation and plan transfers, including master application and employee enrolment documents. Deliver employee benefits administration training and employee education sessions to clients.
Review and deliver to clients group insurance contracts and booklets from insurance carrier Champion HUB initiatives and processes Collaborate with internal lines of business. Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of experience and education. Intermediate or advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.
