• AI strategy and transformation engagements Lead project delivery and ensure high-quality outcomes within budget and timeline Advise senior client stakeholders on opportunity areas, target operating models, and execution paths Facilitate strategic discovery sessions, synthesizing business, technology, and data insights Build actionable transformation roadmaps, business cases, and implementation plans Analyze current-state capabilities (process, data, and technology)
