Develop individualized care and safety plans
Provide supportive counseling and education on mental health
Participate in case conferences with clinical supports
Ensure a welcoming and dignified setting for participants
Comply with health and safety regulations Requirements:
Minimum 1-year experience in social service profession
Knowledge of anti-oppression and harm reduction principles
Understanding of Hamilton's housing sector
Post-secondary education in a related field
