Elim Village is seeking a dedicated Facilities Generalist responsible for general maintenance tasks and equipment upkeep within our retirement community. You will excel in troubleshooting, installing, and repairing various components while striving to create a protected workplace for over 1,000 residents. Assist with resident move-ins and prepare units for occupancy
Troubleshoot and repair electrical appliances and equipment




Perform ongoing preventative maintenance of facilities
Operate grounds-keeping power equipment for property upkeep
Coordinate garbage removal and recycling operations Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years in building maintenance
Experience with power tools and repair equipment
Basic knowledge of electrical repairs a plus
