The Sandwich Maker role involves both day and night shifts to prepare sandwiches and specialty items for the bagged lunch program. You will collaborate with Culinary leads to ensure well-prepared and visually appealing products. Emphasizing team support and client satisfaction is essential in this high-volume food service setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare sandwiches following standard recipes and menus
Rotate food products to minimize waste
Monitor daily sandwich setups and inventory levels
Maintain a clean workspace per hygiene standards
Inspect cold food for presentation quality

Requirements:
Experience in large-scale cooking settings
Previous sandwich maker experience preferred
Food Protected certification preferred
Ability to commit to 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off
Valid photo ID for travel to site
