Key Responsibilities:
• Assess prescriptions with trauma-informed and harm-reduction approaches
• Develop and adjust health plans with health professionals
• Prepare and dispense medications,



including injections
• Manage chronic disease therapies and substance misuse treatments
• Supervise pharmacy staff and technicians effectively

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
• Valid British Columbia Pharmacy License in good standing
• Clear Vulnerable Sector Check and Criminal Record Check
• Experience in direct patient care preferred
• Authorization to Administer Drugs by Injection is an asset
