In this hands-on position within the Site Reliability Engineering team, you will leverage your skills in cloud infrastructure, automation, and operational efficiency. Your efforts will help secure the availability and stability of Kinaxis products in production, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in product, security, and support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support operations to meet SLA targets for production systems
• Automate processes using infrastructure as code (Terraform, GitHub Actions)
• Manage production and Hands-on Lab environments




• Participate in an on-call rotation to resolve incidents
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate for effective resolutions

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field
• 2-4 years in cloud environments (GCP, Azure, AWS)
• Familiarity with CI/CD and scripting languages
• Understanding of cloud services and containers
• Robust troubleshooting and communication skills
