Temporary position for 12 months. As a life and health insurance advisor, you help develop life and health insurance processes and programs, prepare documents and insurance contracts, administer reinsurance agreements and settle contested medical matters. You advise and assist clients and partners and develop tools, methods and processes. Your projects and initiatives require extensive knowledge of your line of work. You put forward recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the organization’s objectives and priorities. You share ideas and help solve problems using your analytical skills and extensive knowledge of the line of business. You interact with stakeholders working in other fields. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. More specifically, you will be required to:
Diagnose issues, challenges and needs to determine target outcomes
Help develop and implement objectives, solutions, policies, programs and action plans
Analyze data, conduct studies, make recommendations and write reports

What you bring to the table Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of two years of relevant experience
Knowledge of French is required
Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec (Poste hors QC ET QC)




Intermediate knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
Hold a valid driver’s licence for occasional travel within Quebec
