Consensys is seeking an experienced HRIS Administrator to own ADP Workforce Now and the broader HR tech stack. You will ensure data integrity, implement process automation, and manage SOX controls across People Operations. This role requires strategic collaboration with Legal, Finance, and IT teams.
You will lead end-to-end HR data projects, build self-service dashboards, and provide audit-ready documentation while supporting a remote, global PODS team.
