Become a Recreation Leader 3 with the City of Maple Ridge, focusing on Children’s Support Services. This auxiliary position requires a dedicated individual to support diverse participants in recreation programs.

In this role, you will provide personalized assistance to children, youth, and adults with varying abilities. As part of your responsibilities, you will prepare necessary resources for participants, document program support, and maintain effective communication with caregivers and agencies. Your leadership will enhance the experience of all participants in the program.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one support to program participants
• Prepare tools and resources for daily activities




• Document participant progress and communicate with caregivers
• Monitor safety, security, and maintenance of facilities
• Enforce rules and respond to incidents as needed

Requirements:
• Completed Grade 12 with relevant experience
• Knowledge of program leadership and instruction
• Familiarity with regulations and procedures
• Valid First Aid and CPR/AED certification
• Food Secure Certificate and High Five Training

Lead recreational activities and foster inclusive experiences for all participants at the City of Maple Ridge.
