Durham Community Health Centre (DCHC) is seeking a Senior Director to lead Enterprise Performance, Evaluation, and Strategic Initiatives. The role reports to the CEO and requires building enterprise-wide frameworks for performance, evaluation, and quality transformation.

The successful candidate will drive strategy execution, risk and governance, and align initiatives with DCHC’s long-term vision, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
