As an Overnight Shelter Worker at YOU, you will supervise and assist youth while adhering to our policies and procedures. Your role involves conducting assessments, facilitating intakes/discharges, and providing essential support to youth in need. Key Responsibilities:
• Administer youth assessments to initiate support plans
• Provide community referrals and support services
• Complete documentation including case notes and reports
• Maintain and input online case information effectively
• Conduct safety checks to ensure a secure environment
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in social services or related fields
• Experience with at-risk youth and community programs
• Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends
• Solid communication skills and conflict management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications
