Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and cooking, with experience in a quick-paced restaurant environment. Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
Ensure all dishes are presented attractively and served promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service
Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients and supplies




Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to food service and kitchen operations

Experience
Prior experience in serving, food preparation, or cooking within a restaurant or food service environment preferred
Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and kitchen equipment operation required
Experience in meal preparation and food industry standards is highly desirable
Familiarity with restaurant workflows and customer service principles is a plus
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards
Previous experience in the food industry will support success in this role
