Town Square Brewing is a locally owned micro-brewery passionate about creating change in our community. Located in South Edmonton, we offer our guests a unique experience with every visit. Our ever-changing beer list pairs with our one-of-a-kind menu focusing on artisan pizzas. Our love for beer is carried through all of our dishes! We're looking for a cook passionate about food & craft beer to join our kitchen team! Part time position available for days, evenings & weekends. We offer a flexible schedule and a fun and supportive atmosphere!

Requirements:
2 years kitchen experience
Craft beer knowledge
Personable & Friendly team player
Ability to work in quick-paced setting with awareness of your surroundings
General knowledge of food safety practices

Job Duties:
Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner




Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Clean and maintain station being mindful of safety and sanitation
Restock items as needed throughout the shift
Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
