Responsibilities
' Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards.
Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Manage cash transactions accurately using Micros POS system.
Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking.
Restock bar supplies and ingredients as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times.'
Qualifications
' Proven experience as a bartender in a busy restaurant or bar setting.
Solid knowledge of drink recipes, mixology, and beverage presentation.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
Knowledge of food safety regulations.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
