Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for auditing and inspecting production processes to ensure they meet quality standards. This role emphasizes continuous improvement and involves statistical analysis, performance testing, and effective communication of quality issues. You will be part of a dedicated team, ensuring adherence to ISO9001:2015 and IATF 16949 quality systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct durability and performance tests on production samples
• Perform daily film build analysis, reporting results




• Assist with PPAP and lifecycles testing as required
• Maintain operations of the datapaq and analyze results
• Support development of work instructions and quality alerts

Requirements:
• College diploma in engineering or quality
• Minimum 1 year engineering experience
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 procedures
• Exposure to injection molding and assembly processes
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office
