This full time position reports to the General Manager and requires effective management of quality systems and compliance. You will support both internal and external customers, ensure compliance with specifications, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your focus on quality and documentation will be vital in maintaining the company’s standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and monitor quality management activities




• Provide technical support to customers and suppliers
• Review quality documentation and processes
• Conduct internal audits of products and systems
• Lead continuous improvement workshops

Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal and proactive skills
• Experience with quality management systems
• Ability to manage non-conformance processes
