In this permanent role based in Suffolk, you'll work Monday to Friday, overseeing warehouse tasks while interacting directly with offenders. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead warehouse operations alongside serving offenders
• Pick and pack items efficiently within the prison
• Ensure stock accuracy and smooth operation
• Organize workflow to meet targets effectively
• Handle materials up to 20kg safely

Requirements:
• Experience managing teams; warehouse experience preferred
• Explicit communication skills and resilience
• Must hold a valid UK driving license and have a vehicle
• Three years of UK address history
• Comfortable working in a prison environment
