Role Description This contract role is for a Mill - Reliability Engineer based in office in Kamloops, BC. The primary responsibilities include overseeing and improving equipment reliability, conducting failure analysis, developing and implementing reliability-centered maintenance programs,



and troubleshooting mechanical and operational issues. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance mill performance and reduce downtime.
Qualifications Expertise in Reliability Engineering and Reliability Centered Maintenance methods
Strong Analytical Skills and experience with Failure Analysis
Proficiency in Troubleshooting mechanical and operational issues
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
Experience in the mining or heavy industrial sectors is an asset
