We have an immediate opening for a dynamic, dedicated, andhighly motivated Inside Sales Representative working from our London, ONlocation.
Responsibilities Provideknowledgeable product support and basic solutions for HVAC/R customers andday-to-day account needs.
Contributeto meeting sales targets and support overall branch revenue growth.
Followup with vendors on lead times, stock availability, etc.
Buildand maintain positive working relationships with customers and suppliers.
Completeaccurate order entry, pricing, and follow-up to support smooth customertransactions.
Workclosely with the outside sales team to help prepare quotes, enter and trackcustomer sales orders, and ensure timely follow-up and support.
Competentcomputer skills with experience using sales, inventory, and customer managementsoftware.
Assistin warehouse operations as required
Participatein training and development activities and support the onboarding of new teammembers when required.
What youbring to the team: Previouswholesale Inside Sales experience and strong HVAC/R product knowledge
Mustpossess intermediate computer skills




Mustdemonstrate meticulous attention to detail for order entry
Ensureaccurate and thorough completion of all paperwork
Adhereto safe and efficient work practices
Maintaindiligent follow-up on tasks and customer needs
