Reporting to the Manufacturing Shop Operations manager (MSO), the Production Supervisor (PS) will be responsible for the operational performance of his/her hourly team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college OR Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing workplace

Proven track record to deliver results.

Effectively demonstrate leadership behavior skills and motivate employees.

At least 3 years of supply chain experience.

Excellent communicator, decision-maker, collaborative.

Ability to work effectively on a team and serve as a positive change agent

Advanced trouble shooting and multi-tasking skills.

Planning & organizational skills.





Flexibility to support second shift and other shifts as business needs require.

Previous experience in manufacturing, quality, sourcing or operations, management experience

Green belt certified with strong understanding of Lean principles

Knowledge of SAP Production Planning module
